For Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, we developed a rebranding campaign to reach consumers who had questions about the pending Healthcare legislation. The campaign included digital as well as print and broadcast elements. I developed the brand website which allowed agents to interface with consumers through social media and online chat to answer their questions.  Rich media and page take-overs were also developed to coordinate with the launch.
